Given our size and limited overheads we can offer fees at a fraction of that of larger office based practices. We take care not to overload ourselves so that we can ensure that our work is of a consistently high standard despite our size.

Below is a guide to our fees for the most common types of application but please remember, it’s impossible to provide an accurate fee until the scale of work has been established so these fees are typical and fit 90% of projects but cannot be guaranteed.

These are our fees only and do not include 3rd party costs, in most cases this will only be an Ordnance Survey plan (typically £20 and a must-have) and the Local Authority Planning fee which varies according to the type of work being applied for.

Of course we will provide you with an accurate all-in, fixed-fee quote with everything included once we have seen the property, there’s no hidden charges or extras, we promise.
